Visited my friend Ryan today to install RAM in his PC. This takes about a minute, but I usually take the time to dust out the case when ever I open one up for someone. I think maybe PC manufactures should start recommending that people do this because it's something just about everyone overlooks. I got an e-mail from someone asking what might be the cause of their computer randomly crashing after a few hours of run time. I recommended cleaning it out and that fixed the problem. There was enough dirt in the computer to clog the fans and it was overheating. My roommate's computer needs a cleaning because of dust stopping fans. So the words of the day: clean your computer. Pictured is the moon and some clouds this evening.

Finished Jeremiah, Lamentations and half of Ezekiel. Jeremiah was mostly warnings about the problems of praying to other gods. Lamentations was a lot of complaining about Jerusalem and bad people. Ezekiel had an interesting passage; 4:12-13. Dude is to make barley cakes and cook it over human feces. Dude complains and gets to use cow feces instead. Many people translate the passage differently then the New International Version--they take it to mean dude makes the cakes out of human feces.. A hot air balloon.

Today Ashley, Elizabeth and I took a trip to the Bristol Renaissance Faire. I was all prepared for a day of taking pictures--or I thought I was. I had loaded all my camera equipment except compact flash. Luck for me, Elizabeth let me shoot with her camera--a Canon Powershot. I don't have all the pictures from the day, but I do have this one shot. Not being use to this camera, I'm sure I didn't get all of the shots like I wanted. This shot suffers from overexposure and should have been shot with a -1 F-stop bias. In all it was a fun trip.
